本文从上海市内电话通信的现状出发,通过可行性研究,提出上海市话通信的技术改造规划。整个研究过程按照系统工程方法进行了大量调查研究,完成了市内住宅电话需求预测,确定目标;制定评价指标体系及定量评分;光通信技术预测;电话交换系统的计算机仿真;光通信试验段的测试;制定生成方案;建立多层次结构的动态数学模型和计算机模拟计算、灵敏度分析等许多工作。最后按综合目标得分的高低,确定了满意的上海市内电话通信的改造方案,即以光通信为主的市话改造方案。
Based on the current situation of telephone communication in Shanghai, this paper puts forward the technical transformation plan of Shanghai telephone communication through the feasibility study. The whole process of research conducted a lot of investigations and studies according to the method of system engineering, completed the demand prediction of residential telephone in the city, and set goals; made evaluation index system and quantitative score; predicted optical communication technology; computer simulation of telephone exchange system; Test; develop a generation program; establish a multi-level structure of the dynamic mathematical model and computer simulation, sensitivity analysis and many other work. Finally, according to the level of the comprehensive target score, a satisfactory scheme for the reconstruction of telephone communication in Shanghai was determined, namely the scheme for the transformation of local telephone programs based on optical communication.
