本文对褐煤的水蒸汽气化过程中Fe、Ca 及Na 化合物的催化作用进行了考察。主要考察了催化剂种类、添加量及添加方法对气化反应速度的影响。结果表明,通过与褐煤中表面官能团的离子交换添加到煤中的催化剂具有很高的催化效果。即使象Ca(OH)_2和NaCl 这样廉价的化合物也显示出高的催化活性。并利用高温X 射线衍射技术对气化反应机理,特别是催化剂与焦表面间的相互作用进行了详细的研究。
In this paper, the catalytic action of Fe, Ca and Na compounds in steam gasification of lignite was investigated. Mainly investigated the type of catalyst, the amount and method of adding gasification reaction speed. The results show that the catalyst added to the coal by ion exchange with surface functional groups in lignite has a very high catalytic effect. Even cheaper compounds like Ca (OH) 2 and NaCl show high catalytic activity. The mechanism of gasification reaction, especially the interaction between catalyst and coke surface, has been studied in detail by high temperature X-ray diffraction.
