目的:研究滋水清肝饮对金黄地鼠皮脂腺组织结构的影响。方法:将40只金黄地鼠随机分为:滋水清肝饮高剂量组:灌胃滋水清肝饮2 g/mL;滋水清肝饮低剂量组:灌胃滋水清肝饮1 g/mL;泰尔丝对照组:灌胃泰尔丝0.075 mg/mL;蒸馏水对照组:灌胃蒸馏水10 mg/kg。实验先后测量各组皮脂腺斑最大横径(DT)和最大纵径(DL)。结果:滋水清肝饮高剂量组、泰尔丝对照组左、右两侧皮脂腺斑大小均较给药前缩小(P<0.05);滋水清肝饮低剂量组两侧皮脂腺斑大小较给药前缩小,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);滋水清肝饮方高剂量组、泰尔丝对照组与蒸馏水对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);滋水清肝饮低剂量组与泰尔丝对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋水清肝饮与泰尔丝在对金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑大小的作用上药效相当,高剂量组与低剂量组之间存在量效关系。滋水清肝饮可能具有抑制皮脂腺增生的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Zishui Qinggan Decoction on the structure of sebaceous glands in Golden Hamster. METHODS: Forty golden hamsters were randomly divided into two groups: Zishui Qinggan Decoction high-dose group: gavage 2g/mL Qingshui Qinggan Decoction; Nourishing water Qinggan Decoction low-dose group: intragastric Zishui Qinggan Decoction 1 g/mL; Taiersi control group: Intragastric Tylos 0.075 mg/mL; distilled water control group: intragastric distilled water 10 mg/kg. The experiment measured the maximum transverse diameter (DT) and maximum longitudinal diameter (DL) of sebaceous glands in each group. RESULTS: The size of the sebaceous glands on the left and right sides of the high-dose Zhishui Qinggan Decoction group and the Taiersi control group was smaller than that before the administration (P<0.05); the size of the sebaceous glands on both sides of the low-dose Xishui Qinggan Decoction group was smaller However, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). There was significant difference between the high-dose Xizhishui Qinggan drinking group, the Taiersi control group and the distilled water control group (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in the low-dose Xizhishui Qinggan Decoction group compared with the Taiersi control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Zishui Qinggan Decoction and Taier Si have the same effect on the size of sebaceous glands in golden hamsters. There is a dose-effect relationship between high dose group and low dose group. Zishui Qinggan Decoction may have the effect of inhibiting sebaceous gland hyperplasia.
