采用SK N SH细胞无糖培养方法 ,建立神经细胞能量代谢障碍模型 ,通过细胞学、形态学与脂质过氧化损伤指标的检测 ,观察中药三七皂甙 (PNS)对模型细胞的保护作用。结果 :无糖培养下细胞皱缩、形态不完整 ,用药后细胞形态正常 ,神经细胞存活数增加 ,细胞凋亡率降低 ;细胞脂质过氧化损伤减轻。表明三七皂甙对能量代谢障碍引起的神经细胞损伤有保护作用 ,这一作用可能与其抗脂质过氧化损伤有关。
SK N SH cells were cultured without sugar to establish a model of neuronal energy metabolism disorder. Through the detection of cytology, morphology and lipid peroxidation injury, the protective effect of Panax Notoginseng Saponins (PNS) on model cells was observed. Results: The cell shrinkage and incomplete morphology were observed under glucose-free culture. After treatment, the morphology of cells was normal, the number of surviving neurons increased, the apoptosis rate decreased, and the lipid peroxidation damage reduced. It was shown that notoginseng has a protective effect on nerve cell damage caused by energy metabolism disorders, and this effect may be related to its resistance to lipid peroxidation injury.
