石榴皮鞣质对腺嘌呤性慢性肾衰大鼠保护作用的研究

目的观察石榴皮鞣质对腺嘌呤性慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)大鼠的影响。方法用250mg·kg-1腺嘌呤溶液连续灌胃21d使Wistar大鼠产生类似慢性肾衰的症状。21d后,治疗组大鼠每天用石榴皮鞣质(40,20,10mg·kg-1·d-1)灌胃,阳性组用20%尿毒清混悬液按2.1g·kg-1·d-1灌胃。60d后收集尿液,处死大鼠,取血、留取肾组织,测定血Ca2+、P3+及血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血脂和24h尿蛋白定量、尿Ca2+、P3+,进行统计学处理,并进行形态学观察。结果石榴皮鞣质对慢性肾衰竭大鼠的血Ca2+、P3+及Scr、BUN和24h尿蛋白定量、尿Ca2+、P3+有不同程度的改善。结论石榴皮鞣质对腺嘌呤导致的大鼠慢性肾衰竭有一定的保护作用。 Objective To observe the effect of pomegranate tannin on adenoid chronic renal failure (CRF) rats. Methods The continuous intragastric administration of 250 mg · kg -1 adenine solution for 21 days gave Wistar rats a symptom of chronic renal failure. After 21 days, the rats in the treatment group were orally gavaged daily with pomegranate tannin (40, 20, and 10 mg · kg-1 · d-1). The positive group was treated with 20% uremic suspension at 2.1 g · kg-1 · d -1 gavage. Urine was collected after 60 days, rats were sacrificed, and blood was taken for the purpose of collecting renal tissue. Blood Ca2 +, P3 + and Scr, BUN, serum lipid, 24h urinary protein and urinary Ca2 +, P3 + School processing, and morphological observation. Results Pomegranate peel tannin on chronic renal failure rats serum Ca2 +, P3 + and Scr, BUN and 24h urinary protein, urinary Ca2 +, P3 + have varying degrees of improvement. Conclusion The pomegranate tannin has certain protective effect on adenine-induced chronic renal failure in rats.
