师专学生是一种介于本科院校学生与中等学校学生之间的特殊文化层,他们基础知识不如本科院校的学生丰富,专业深度也不如本科院校的专深。师专学生带有很强的师范性,学校培养他们就是从培养合格的初中教师的目的出发的,他们从一进学校也就为将来如何做好一名初中教师而不断武装着自己。 一般的师范专科学校都设在中小城市,由于交通不发达,经济滞后等原因,获得社会知识和时代信息的机会少。同时由于师专学校定向招生问题,学生绝大多数来自农村,就云南省来说,绝大多数是边疆少数民族地区,学生吸取知识的能力薄弱,接收新思想、新知识也很被动。所有这些都是造成他们思维方式相对落后,自省意识弱的因素。
Teachers’ college students are a special cultural layer between undergraduate students and secondary school students. Their basic knowledge is not as rich as undergraduate students, and their professional depth is not as deep as that of undergraduate colleges. The teachers and students have a strong sense of pedagogy, and the school cultivates them only from the purpose of cultivating qualified junior high school teachers who will continue to arm themselves as soon as they go to school and how to be a junior high school teacher in the future. Normal normal colleges are located in small and medium-sized cities. Due to the underdeveloped traffic and the economic lag, opportunities for obtaining social knowledge and information from the times are few. At the same time, due to the orientation of enrollment of teachers ’schools, most of the students come from rural areas. For Yunnan Province, the overwhelming majority are ethnic minority areas in border areas. Students’ ability to absorb knowledge is weak. New students receive new ideas and new knowledge is passive. All of these are the factors that cause their way of thinking is relatively backward and weak sense of introspection.
