恶性血液疾病的染色体研究工作已开展了二十余年,积累了不少经验。从细胞形态学深入到细胞核内染色体的研究,一般已进入了一个新的阶段,为诊断、治疗及预防方面开辟了新的途径。本文仅对一些恶性血液疾病的染色体研究进展作一综述。分带技术的进展及其命名近年来,采用Q带荧光技术或特殊G带染色技术,使每号染色体上表现特异的分带。各号染色体之间的分带表现不相同,各有其特殊性,这就更能准确的了解染色体的获得、缺失、易位、倒置、重复等染色体结构的变异。染色体的长臂(q)和短臂(p)分为若干区,每区中又分若干分带,均以阿拉伯字母编号表示;染色体物质获得以“+”
Chromosome research on malignant blood diseases has been carried out more than 20 years and has accumulated a lot of experience.
