目的为了解福州市放射工作人员外照射个人剂量水平,对2013—2015年监测单位的外照射剂量数据进行分析。方法以福州市定期进行外照射个人剂量监测的放射工作人员为调查对象,用RGD-3B热释光剂量仪进行检测。结果 3年共监测1 712人(560、572、580人),人均年有效剂量0.280mSv/a(0.271、0.304、0.274mSv/a),年剂量<5mSv占比99.8%(99.8%、99.5%、99.8%);不同放射学工种人均年有效剂量:诊断0.282mSv/a、牙科0.345mSv/a、工业探伤0.167mSv/a、介入0.322mSv/a、其他0.280mSv/a,诊断放射学工种累积有4人>5mSv,经调查均为虚假剂量。结论福州市放射工作人员的人年均有效剂量维持在较低且相对稳定的水平,但仍应加强监测与防护,加强有关放射防护的培训。
Objective To understand the personal radiation dose level of radiation workers in Fuzhou City and analyze the data of the external radiation dose of the monitoring units in 2013-2015. Methods Radiological staff who regularly monitored the personal dose of external radiation in Fuzhou were investigated by RGD-3B thermoluminescence dosimeter. Results The average annual effective dose was 0.280mSv / a (0.271,0.304,0.274mSv / a) and the annual dose was less than 5mSv (99.8%, 99.5%, 99.5% , 99.8%). The average annual effective dose of different radiology workers was 0.282 mSv / a for diagnosis, 0.345 mSv / a for dentistry, 0.167 mSv / a for industrial testing, 0.322 mSv / a for intervention and 0.280 mSv / a for other diagnoses There are 4 people> 5mSv, after investigation are false doses. Conclusion The annual average effective dose of radiation workers in Fuzhou City is kept at a relatively low and relatively stable level. However, monitoring and protection should be strengthened and training on radiological protection should be strengthened.
