《国家学生体质健康标准》自实施以来反响不一,存有一些令人质疑的地方,笔者虽在体育课堂教学中严格按照《标准》精神,以高度认真、负责的态度落实每一项工作,可还是碰到了一些问题。笔者结合近几年的实践和摸索,提出了小学阶段《标准》实施的困惑及改进的建议,以便让《标准》成为一把双刃剑,切实有效地服务于素质教育与新课程的实施,促进学生体质健康的和谐发展。
