加强建设工程造价管理、控制和合理确定工程造价,确保工程造价的准确性,提高工程造价行业自主创新能力,推动我国建筑工程价格管理的规范化、市场化和科学化进程,是构建和谐工程造价管理的关键。本文对发达国家的工程造价计价方式进行了描述,分析了我国目前工程造价计价的现状和不足,借鉴发达国家的计价方式,提出了发达国家的计价方式对我国的启示。
Strengthen the construction project cost management, control and reasonably determine the project cost, to ensure the accuracy of project cost and improve the capacity of independent innovation of construction cost industry, to promote China’s construction project price management standardization, market-oriented and scientific process is to build a harmonious project cost management key. This paper describes the pricing method of engineering cost in developed countries, analyzes the present situation and insufficiency of engineering cost pricing in our country, draws lessons from the pricing method of developed countries, and puts forward the enlightenment to our country from the valuation method of developed countries.
