我院从1964～1986年收治胰岛素瘤36例,现将诊治情况报告如下。临床资料男19例,女17例,13～60岁,40岁以下23例,占63.9%。病程1月～10年,1年内4例,1～2年9例,2～3年12例,3年以上11例,平均病程2.8年。症状的主要表现为精神症状、抽搐和昏迷。多数患者在发作过程中同时有几种症状,但最后均有昏迷。本组患者均有在清晨空 In our hospital, 36 cases of insulinoma were treated from 1964 to 1986, and the diagnosis and treatment are reported as follows.
