细分智能家居领域,除了IC新品模块部分的核心技术目前主要被海外企业所掌控,在智能家居原材料模块、模组方案模块、云平台服务板块都可能成为未来三年智能家居领域的投资热点。总的来看,智能家居产业链大致可分为单品、智能家居系统、产业链源头与平台三个部分。单品主要有两种形态,可穿戴设备和智能硬件单品。目前智能单品获得了最多的关注,也最受资本青睐。当我们把目光聚焦于智能家居单品以及系统,从企业发展的角度来看,目前影响智能家居发展的因素主要有三个方面。
