近几年,韭菜生产栽培技术日臻完善,反季节韭菜以其突出的效益得到快速发展,逐步实现韭菜产业化,供给四季化。如河北乐亭、辽宁义县、山东寿光等地,均为万亩以上的鲜韭生产基地,皆已成为当地蔬菜产业化发展的支柱产业。但一些韭菜种植新区技术缺乏,产量低,质量差,农药用量超标,远不能满足消费者对无公害蔬菜的需求。为此,本刊特邀有关专家为广大种植户开设韭菜无公害周年生产技术讲座,就目前韭菜生产中常见问题给予解答。
