抽穗期决定水稻品种适宜的种植地区和种植季节,影响水稻的稳产和高产,是重要的水稻育种目标之一。对来自43个作图群体共计207个水稻抽穗期QTL信息进行了收集和整理。通过Bio Mercator 2.1软件的映射功能,将已发表的作图群体上与抽穗期相关QTL的共有标记整合到参考图谱Cornell 2001上,利用基于元分析的计算方法获得与水稻抽穗期相关的“真实”QTL,并且建立了一致性图谱,共获得14个与水稻抽穗期相关的“真实”QTL,分布在水稻第1、2、4、5、6、7、8和10染色体上。为水稻抽穗期的主效QTL精细定位、相关基因的图位克隆及其分子辅助育种提供了技术支持和理论基础。
It is one of the important objectives of rice breeding to determine the appropriate planting areas and planting seasons for rice varieties during the heading stage and affect the stable and high yield of rice. A total of 207 rice heading date QTLs from 43 mapping populations were collected and collated. Through the mapping function of Bio Mercator 2.1 software, the common markers of published heading population-related QTLs for heading date were integrated into the reference map Cornell 2001, and the meta-analysis based calculation method was used to obtain the “true” QTLs were constructed and the consensus map was established. A total of 14 “true” QTLs related to heading date were obtained and distributed on chromosomes 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 of rice. Which provided technical support and theoretical basis for the fine mapping of QTLs for main heading date at rice heading stage, mapping of related genes and molecular assisted breeding.
