根据混凝土最小空隙率的原则,按绝对体积法设计了细磨砂—粉煤灰复掺的混凝土配合比与商品混凝土搅拌站现用单掺粉煤灰配合比进行性能对比。试验及生产证明,细磨砂的掺入,提高了混凝土的工作性能,降低了混凝土用水量,同时现场浇筑混凝土表面轻微泌水消解了混凝土收缩应力,现场浇筑3000m2/层梁板六层六幢混凝土框架仅产生微量收缩裂纹。与单掺粉煤灰配合比相比,细磨砂部分取代水泥和粉煤灰以后,强度等级没有降低,抗渗性能提高。
