目的观察某全自动清洗消毒器对医疗器械清洗效果。方法采用生物荧光法和监测卡方法,对该清洗消毒器清洗医疗器械的效果进行观察。结果连续2年共监测用该清洗消毒器清洗后的器械总计2 437件,指示条和ATP生物荧光法监测合格率均为100%;清洗器系统监测卡监测合格率平均为99.6%。结论该清洗消毒器对医疗器械清洗效果较好,三种监测方法的结果基本一致。
Objective To observe the cleaning effect of an automatic cleaning and disinfecting device on medical devices. Methods The biofluorescence method and monitoring card method were used to observe the effect of the cleaning and sterilizing device on cleaning medical devices. Results A total of 2 437 devices were cleaned by the cleaning and sterilizing device for two consecutive years. The pass rate of both the indicator bar and the ATP biofluorescence method was 100%. The average monitoring rate of the washer system monitoring card was 99.6%. Conclusion The cleaning and sterilizing device has better cleaning effect on medical devices, and the results of the three monitoring methods are basically the same.
