利用均匀设计法研究了白藓根、茎和叶水蒸气蒸馏液对玉米蚜的生物活性。结果表明:白藓根的水蒸气蒸馏液对玉米蚜具有触杀和拒食作用,24h和48h的致死中浓度(LC50)分别为6.48mg/L和6.77mg/L,48h的致死率达99.8%。白藓叶的水蒸气蒸馏液只有拒食作用,且拒食作用的效果比根更加显著,对玉米蚜24h和48h的拒食中浓度(AFC50)分别为11.45mg/L和9.88mg/L,其中48h的拒食率达92.5%。白藓茎的水蒸气蒸馏液触杀和拒食作用均不明显。
The biological activity of water vapor distilled from roots, stems and leaves of Eupatorium moss on corn aphid was studied by uniform design method. The results showed that the steam distillation of white moss root had contact and antifeedant effect on the corn aphid. The LC50 values at 6.4 and 48 h were 6.48 mg / L and 6.77 mg / L, respectively, and the lethality reached 99.8% at 48 h. The water vapor distillate of moss leaves only had antifeeding effect and the antifeeding effect was more significant than that of roots. The AFC50 of the moths at the time of 24 h and 48 h were 11.45 mg / L and 9.88 mg / L, respectively, of which 48 h Anti-feeding rate of 92.5%. White moss stem steam distillation and antifeedant effect is not obvious.
