扬州第二发电厂2×600MW机组采用了蓄能降压法的蒸汽吹扫系统,为了优化冲管系统,减少冲管时间,将原设计的第一阶段与第二阶段串联,使整个冲管系统分为两阶段,与三阶段方法相比,减少了冲管过程中的中间停炉改换临时系统。为防止吹扫中颗粒进入再热器,将临时管改为从冷再入口联箱前断开处接出。根据现场的实际情况,将系统的膨胀死点定位后,采用了滑动导向以及限位支架。临冲门采用压力等级为900LB、DN600的液压控制焊接式闭阀替代以往的电动闸阀。并增加了消音器,改变以往直吹排放,造成噪音污染环境。在2号机冲扫时,还有计划地增加了停炉冷却过程,通过这些措施,减少了冲管次数,节省了工期,降低了费用,减少了噪音污染,使冲管取得圆满的结果。
