目的研究白刺花Sophora viciifolia Hance花的化学成分。方法采用正反相硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20分离纯化,根据理化性质、波谱数据并结合文献对照鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了16个化合物,分别为槐果碱(Ⅰ)、苦参碱(Ⅱ)、木犀草素(Ⅲ)、槲皮素(Ⅳ)、vicen in-2(Ⅴ)、saponarin(Ⅵ)、3,′5,7,-三羟基-4′-甲氧基黄酮-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ)、染料木素-4′-葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)、8-O-甲基草棉黄素-3-O-槐糖苷(Ⅸ)、异野樱黄苷(Ⅹ)、小麦黄素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅺ)、田蓟苷(Ⅻ)、sissotrin(X)、大豆脑苷I(ⅩⅣ)、胡萝卜苷(ⅩⅤ)、β-谷甾醇(ⅩⅥ)。结论化合物ⅩⅢ,ⅩⅣ为首次从该植物中分得,化合物Ⅲ~Ⅻ为首次从槐属植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Sophora viciifolia Hance flower. METHODS: Separation and purification were performed on silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20. The structures were identified by physical and chemical properties and spectroscopy data. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified as sophocarpine (Ⅰ), matrine (Ⅱ), luteolin (Ⅲ), quercetin (Ⅳ), vicenin-2 (Ⅴ), saponarin (Ⅵ) , 3 ’, 5’-trihydroxy-4’-methoxyflavone-3-O-α-L -pyranopyranosyl (1 → 6) ), Genistein-4’-glucoside (VIII), 8-O-methylhumulone-3-O-sophoroside (IX) O-β-D-glucopyranoside (XI), stilbene (XII), sissotrin (X), somatositide I (XIV), daucosterol (XV), β-sitosterol (XVI). Conclusion Compounds XIII and XIV were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds Ⅲ ~ 分 were isolated from the genus Sophora for the first time.
