医药代表的职责本是向临床医生讲解药品的功效和使用方法。可是到了90年代中期,这个职业却变了味儿,医药代表成了专门卖药给医生、并给医生提供“回扣”的代名词。
The duty of the medical representative is to explain to the clinician the efficacy and use of the drug. However, by the mid-1990s, this profession had changed. The medical representatives became specialized in selling drugs to doctors and provided doctors with a “rebate”.
