本文介绍了测定甘露醇注射液含量的旋光法。当50ml 供试液中,甘露醇浓度为5.5~6.5%,加入硼砂为9.6g、5N NaOH 溶液为12ml 时,甘露醇比旋度为一常数(+39.79°),据此拟定了含量测定方法。用本法测定甘露醇注射液含量,回收率为99.82~100.9%,与中国药典的高碘酸钠法比较,最大相对误差为-1.27%,其精密度稍差于药典方法。本法操作简便、迅速、适用于医院制剂等的快速分析。
This article describes the determination of mannitol injection by the optical method. When the mannitol concentration was 5.5-6.5% in 50ml test solution, 9.6g borax and 12ml 5N NaOH solution, the specific rotation of mannitol was a constant (+ 39.79 °) . The determination of mannitol injection by this method, the recovery rate was 99.82 ~ 100.9%, compared with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia sodium periodate method, the maximum relative error of -1.27%, its precision slightly less than the pharmacopoeia. This method is simple, rapid, suitable for rapid analysis of hospital preparations.
