目的了解济南市市县两级疾控机构实验室仪器设备配制情况与检验能力。方法对济南市及10个县市区疾控机构进行问卷调查,对设备投入、人力资源情况、基础设施建设、实验室设备配置、开展检验项目等情况进行分析。结果 2008年市级、8个县级疾控机构购置了实验室仪器设备;2008年全市疾控机构共有工作人员767人,其中检验技术人员占14.86%。市级A+B类仪器设备达标率为55.81%,县级A+B类仪器设备平均达标率28.95%;市、县级C类仪器设备达标率分别为29.31%、13.57%。市级疾控机构的A类检验项目开展率、B类检验项目开展率分别为73.89%、45.11%,县级疾控机构A类检验项目平均开展率、B类检验项目平均开展率分别为43.31%、13.93%。结论 2008年市县两级级疾控机构设备投入较2007年有一定提高,但均未达到国家要求的配置标准,基本设备的数量不足。两级疾控机构专业技术人员相对不足,且项目开展率均未达到国家标准要求。
Objective To understand the preparation and testing ability of instruments and equipment of laboratory of CDC in Jinan City. Methods A questionnaire survey on CDC in Jinan City and 10 counties was carried out to analyze the situation of equipment input, human resources, infrastructure construction, laboratory equipment disposition and testing projects. Results In 2008, eight county-level CDCs acquired laboratory equipment. In 2008, the city’s CDC had a total of 767 staff, of whom 14.86% were technicians for inspection and testing. The municipal A + B class equipment and equipment compliance rate was 55.81%, the county A + B class equipment and equipment average compliance rate of 28.95%; municipal and county Class C equipment and equipment compliance rates were 29.31%, 13.57%. The rate of development of Type A test items of Municipal CDC institutions and Type B test items were 73.89% and 45.11% respectively. The average rate of Type A test items carried out by county CDC institutions and the average rate of Type B test items were 43.31 %, 13.93%. Conclusion In 2008, the investment in equipment of two levels of CDCs in cities and counties has been increased to a certain extent compared with that in 2007, but the standards of allocation required by the state have not been met, and the quantity of basic equipment is insufficient. Two levels of CDC professional and technical personnel are relatively inadequate, and the project rate did not meet the national standards.
