目前进城务工人员随迁子女的家庭状况是:家长文化水平低,他们起早摸黑忙于打工维持生活;不少家庭还有三四个孩子,有的学生放学回家没有充足的时间做作业,有的甚至还需要照顾弟弟妹妹。而在家校合作方面存在三方面的现实问题:家长没时间合作;家长没能力合作;家庭教育与学校教育内容脱节,难以形成教育合力。面对这样的家庭群体,学校怎么办?如何使学校教育中的正能量延伸到家庭教育中,使家长们能与学校同心同德,融入于学校教育和孩子们成长的过程之中,这是学校发展中一个不可忽视的重要问题。教师作为专业工作者,与其抱怨家长,或期待
