目的识别和评价某合成氨厂技术改造生产甲醇建设项目职业病危害因素及其防护措施效果。方法按照相关的法律法规,采用现场调查、检查表法、采样检测及定性、定量分析等方法,评价职业病危害程度和防护措施的效果。结果该建设项目的选址、总平面布局、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等符合国家有关规定;生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘1个点、噪声3个点超过职业卫生标准;一氧化碳、甲醇、硫化氢、二氧化硫、二氧化碳等毒物检测结果符合标准。结论除噪声外该项目存在的职业病危害因素基本能得到有效控制。从职业卫生防治角度分析,该建设项目是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To identify and evaluate the occupational hazards and the effects of their protective measures in the methanol production project of a synthetic ammonia plant. Methods According to relevant laws and regulations, the methods of on-the-spot investigation, checklist, sampling and qualitative and quantitative analysis were used to evaluate the effects of occupational hazards and protective measures. Results The site selection, general layout, design of occupational disease protection facilities and the setting of health aids in this project are in line with the relevant regulations of the State. The main occupational hazards that may occur in the production process are 1 dust point and 3 points of noise surpass occupations Health standards; carbon monoxide, methanol, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide and other poison test results meet the standards. Conclusion In addition to noise, the occupational hazards that exist in the project can be effectively controlled. From the perspective of occupational health prevention and control, the construction project is feasible.
