国家发展和改革委员会于2005年12月27日,发布了2005中国能源十大新闻。十大新闻如下: 一、全国人大通过《可再生能源法》。2005年2月28日, 十届全国人大常委会第十四次会议审议通过《中华人民共和国可再生能源法》,并明确规定2006年1月1日正式施行。该法规定,国家设立专项资金,制定可再生能源发电上网电价、费用分摊及税收优惠政策,支持可再生能源发展。《可再生能源法》的实施,将为我国可再生能源发展提供法制保障。
National Development and Reform Commission on December 27, 2005, released the 2005 China Energy Top Ten News. Top ten news are as follows: First, the NPC passed the “Renewable Energy Law.” On February 28, 2005, the 14th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People’s Congress examined and adopted the Renewable Energy Law of the People’s Republic of China, and clearly stipulated that it will be formally implemented on January 1, 2006. The law stipulates that the state set up special funds to formulate renewable energy power generation electricity price, cost sharing and preferential tax policies to support the development of renewable energy. The implementation of the “Renewable Energy Law” will provide legal protection for the development of renewable energy in our country.
