针对目前电涡流传感器出厂的检测和标定全是由人工来进行,位移和输出电压信号都是靠人工读取,不可避免人工误差、不能获得连续曲线、无法确定具体零点位置等缺点,给出了基于C8051F060单片机和VB的电涡流传感器静标定系统的设计。该系统主要由下位机、上位机、静标台、步进电机和打印机等组成。下位机行程控制及数据采集程序由汇编语言开发,上位机数据接受及处理软件由VB编写;给出了系统的硬件结构框图和软件流程框图。与传统人工采集方法相比,该系统实现了标定过程的自动化,具有精度高、结构简单、操作灵活等特点。实际运行结果表明,该系统运行可靠,精确度和稳定性均达到了设计要求。

Compared with the traditional manual acquisition method, the system realizes the automation of the calibration process, with the features of high precision, simple structure and flexible operation. The actual operation results show that the system is reliable, the accuracy and stability have reached the design requirements.
