本文根据航空高速齿轮轮缘断裂的失效形式,提出了一种采用极坐标单元以分析齿轮结构径向振动固有频率的有限元方法。作者建立了相应的计算模型;推导了极坐标单元质量阵和刚度阵的表达式;讨论了系统质量阵和刚度阵的建立;研究了计算系统固有频率的方法;最后还给出了具体的计算结果,证明了本文所提出的计算模型和计算方法的正确性和有效性。
In this paper, according to the failure form of high speed gear rim fracture, a finite element method using polar coordinate unit to analyze the natural frequency of radial vibration of gear structure is proposed. The author establishes the corresponding calculation model, deduces the expression of mass matrix and stiffness matrix of polar coordinate unit, discusses the establishment of system mass matrix and stiffness matrix, studies the method of calculating the natural frequency of the system, and finally gives the concrete calculation The result proves the correctness and validity of the calculation model and calculation method proposed in this paper.
