目的近年来,在实验动物的繁殖或动物实验设施方面,正在依靠改善封闭屏障系统等的饲育设施以致力于传染病的预防。但目前现状是,一旦让病原体侵入到设施内,就难扑灭,此时,不得不关闭群体或中止实验。本设施大多使用同原近交系小鼠,这些小鼠在1979年1月发生了由肺霉形体和仙台病毒混台感染的以呼吸器症状为主要特征的传染病。由于贵重的同源小鼠来源困难,不可能将这些小鼠全部淘汰,因此,我们计划
Purpose In recent years, efforts have been made to prevent communicable diseases by rearing breeding facilities such as closed barrier systems in breeding or animal experimental facilities for experimental animals. However, the current status quo is that once the pathogens invade the facilities, they will be hard to extinguish. At this moment, they will have to shut down the groups or suspend their experiments. Most of the facilities used the same inbred mice, which developed infectious diseases characterized by respiratory symptoms infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Sendai virus in January 1979. Due to the difficult source of expensive homologous mice, it is not possible to eliminate all of these mice, so we plan
