深化教育领域综合改革,加快发展现代职业教育,地方公安本科院校面临着转型发展的历史性机遇和任务。地方公安本科院校实现转型发展是加快发展现代职业教育的必然要求,是主动服务公安工作和公安队伍建设的客观需要,是建设新型公安本科院校的必由之路。针对当前在办学指导思想、人才培养目标、教师队伍结构、专业设置和机构、教学管理、基础设施建设等方面存在的一些问题,地方公安本科院校实现转型发展关键在人,在广大教职员工,在全体中层干部。为此,广大教职员工特别是全体中层干部要牢固树立政治意识、大局意识、担当意识、学习意识、服务意识、廉洁意识。
