在信息化时代迅猛发展的大背景下,网络已经走入千家万户。人手一部智能化手机的今天,人人都有麦克风,每个人都成为了一个“自媒体”。网络技术日新月异,给我们高速交警的工作带来巨大方便的同时,我们也面对着前所未有压力与挑战。高速交警直面人民群众,我们的一言一行与人民群众的切身利益息息相关,很容易成为网络舆论的关注点。如果我们的言行不到位,或者执法细节存在漏洞偏差,那么很有可能就会被一些别有用心的人或组织通过微信、微博、贴吧等网络媒介恶意传播,给我们的工作带来极大的被动。新形势下如何应对网络舆情,已经成为了一个我们不得不关注的问题。
