目的探讨后腹腔镜肾切除术治疗无功能肾的临床应用价值。方法回顾性总结26例后腹腔镜下单纯性肾切除术治疗无功能肾患者的临床资料。结果 26例手术均获成功,无中转开放手术者。手术时间40~90 min,平均70 min;术中出血30~100 ml,平均50 ml。结论后腹腔镜单纯肾切除术治疗无功能肾安全可靠、创伤小、并发症少、恢复快、不干扰腹腔内脏器、没有污染腹腔的危险,尤其适合于治疗无功能肾。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy in the treatment of nonfunctional kidney. Methods The clinical data of 26 patients undergoing laparoscopic simple nephrectomy for nonfunctional kidney were retrospectively reviewed. Results 26 cases were successful in operation, no transfer to open surgery. Surgery time 40 ~ 90 min, an average of 70 min; intraoperative bleeding 30 ~ 100 ml, an average of 50 ml. Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy for the treatment of nonfunctional kidney is safe and reliable, with less trauma, less complications and faster recovery. It does not interfere with abdominal organs and has no risk of contaminating the abdominal cavity. It is especially suitable for the treatment of nonfunctional kidney.
