党的十八大报告明确指出:“要建设学习型、服务型、创新型的马克思主义执政党,确保党始终成为中国特色社会主义事业的坚强领导核心。”为深入贯彻落实党的十八大精神,清水营煤矿党委立足微观层面,充分发挥党组织中广大党员的主体作用,着眼提高学习力,讲求方法,形成合力,逐步推进,努力把党员干部培养成学习型干部,把清水营煤矿建设成为与时俱进、不断开拓创新的学习型党组织。
