近年来注意到β_2-肾上腺素能受体兴奋剂(简称β_2-受体兴奋剂)可促使细胞外液 K~+进入细胞内液,导致降低血清钾的效应,其机理尚未完全阐明。我们对22例晚期尿毒症和1.1例慢性支气管炎(慢支)患者静滴舒喘灵(经甲异丁肾上腺素,Salbutamol),动态观察血清钾浓度变化,旨在探讨β_2-受体兴奋剂降低血清钾的机理及其临床意义。
In recent years, it has been noticed that the β 2 -adrenoceptor agonist (β 2 -receptor agonist) can promote the extracellular K ~ + into the intracellular fluid, leading to the effect of lowering serum potassium. The mechanism has not yet been fully elucidated. We investigated the changes of serum potassium concentrations in 22 patients with advanced uremia and 1.1 patients with chronic bronchitis (chronic bronchitis) undergoing intravenous infusion of Salbutamol. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of β 2 -receptor agonists Mechanism of reducing serum potassium and its clinical significance.
