加紧刺激经济发展 越南财政部目前正在制定一系列的措施以刺激越南不景气的经济发展。 财政部副部长黎氏冰承认,越南经济发展缓慢,生产力低下,走私问题越来越严重,这一切给国家带来了沉重的负担。政府已经实施或将要实施如下一系列促进经济发展的措施。 (1) 加快国有企业改革的步伐。 (2)降低利率。 (3)发行国债以投资农村的基础设施。 (4)征收增值税和公司税。 (5)修改税法、土地法和有关各类费用的法律,使其对外国投资者更具吸引力。 (6)将最低工资提高25％。
Step up stimulus economic development Vietnam’s Ministry of Finance is currently formulating a series of measures to stimulate Vietnam’s downturn in economic development. Li Bingbing, vice minister of finance, admitted that the sluggish economy, low productivity and increasingly serious smuggling in Vietnam have all brought a heavy burden on the country. The government has implemented or will implement a series of measures to promote economic development as follows. (1) Speed up the reform of state-owned enterprises. (2) lower interest rates. (3) issue bonds to invest in rural infrastructure. (4) the collection of value-added tax and corporate tax. (5) Amending the tax code, the law of the land and the law on all costs make it more attractive to foreign investors. (6) Raise the minimum wage by 25%.
