采用田间试验方法,研究了咪唑乙烟酸对大豆根瘤中钼、铁、镁含量的影响,揭示咪唑乙烟酸抑制根瘤固氮酶活性的生化机制。结果表明,咪唑乙烟酸对大豆茎叶处理后根瘤中钼、铁、镁含量明显降低。钼含量在施药后第28天恢复正常,对铁的抑制作用在施药后第3天最强,抑制率为33.99%。咪唑乙烟酸有效成分用量112.5 g/hm~2施药后第7天和第14天镁含量分别减少112.5μg/g和173.7μg/g,第28天镁含量恢复正常。咪唑乙烟酸有效成分用量225.0g/hm~2高用量对根瘤中钼、铁、镁含量抑制时间较长。
Field experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of imazethapyr on the contents of molybdenum, iron and magnesium in soybean nodules and to reveal the biochemical mechanisms by which imazethapyr inhibits the activity of nodule nitrogenase. The results showed that the content of molybdenum, iron and magnesium in nodules decreased significantly after imidaciomonic acid treatment. The content of molybdenum returned to normal on the 28th day after application, while the inhibitory effect on iron was strongest on the 3rd day after application, with the inhibition rate of 33.99%. The effective dose of imazethapyr 112.5 g / hm ~ 2 decreased by 112.5 μg / g and 173.7 μg / g on the 7th and 14th day, respectively, and returned to normal on the 28th day. The effective dosage of imidazole and nimic acid was 225.0g / hm ~ 2, and the inhibition time of molybdenum, iron and magnesium in nodules was longer.
