所谓“对话”是指教学“共同体”的每一成员基于相互尊重、信任和平等的立场,通过言谈和倾听而进行的双向沟通、共同学习,尽情展现教学过程魅力的一种手段,一种理念。通过对话,教师实现了对学生真正有效的引导;通过对话,师生的心灵距离拉近了;通过对话,学生的个性有了彰显的平台……于是平等、互动、充满激情和智慧的对话成为了我们数学课堂的一道亮丽风景。在对话中,课堂成了创造的平台、共享的舞台、师生在对话中共享知识、共享经验,共享智慧、共同体验课堂美好的情感交往,共同感悟着生命的意义与价值。
