目的针对患有先天性心血管方面疾病的患者行以CT诊断的应用价值展开分析和总结。方法选取2015年2月~2016年2月我院收治的先天性心血管疾病患者50例作为研究对象,对其先后行以64层螺旋CT扫描以及经胸超声心动图检查(分别为CT组以及超声组),观察两种检测方式的准确率以及发生漏诊的类型,对结果数据做以对照。结果 64层螺旋CT扫描的准确率为96%,超声心动图准确率为76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,在漏诊类型上,主要包括心脏畸形以及连接部、大血管畸形等,两组漏诊率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床诊断先天性心血管疾病的过程当中,CT扫描的结果好于超声检查的结果,可以将其作为对先天性的心血管疾病(尤其是复杂的畸形病例)进行术前诊断以及术后随访首选的检查方式,值得临床广泛推广应用。
Objective To analyze and summarize the value of CT diagnosis in patients with congenital cardiovascular diseases. Methods Fifty patients with congenital cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the study subjects. They were examined by 64-slice spiral CT and transthoracic echocardiography (CT group and Ultrasound group), observe the accuracy of the two detection methods and the type of missed diagnosis, the results of the data to be compared. Results The accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT scan was 96%, and the echocardiographic accuracy was 76%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In addition, the types of missed diagnosis mainly included cardiac malformation, Deformity, etc., the two groups misdiagnosis rate, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of congenital cardiovascular disease, CT scan results are better than the results of ultrasound examination, which can be used as congenital cardiovascular disease (especially complex cases of deformity) for preoperative diagnosis and postoperative The preferred method of follow-up, it is worth widely clinical application.
