目的:探讨直接倾斜矢状面CT在眼眶骨折中的应用价值。材料与方法:120例眼眶外伤患者,在常规横断面及冠状面CT的基础上加扫直接倾斜矢状面CT,比较观察各体位显示的信息。结果:120例眼眶骨折中,上下壁骨折冠状面显示103例,矢状面显示105例;横断面未能显示。上下直肌增粗冠状面显示50例,矢状面显示72例;视神经弯曲27例均矢状面显示。结论:直接倾斜矢状面CT能更全面地观察眼眶上下壁的情况及上下直肌和视神经全程的位置和形态,可显示骨折的前后关系,对骨折整复手术有指导意义
Objective: To investigate the value of direct oblique sagittal CT in orbital fracture. Materials and Methods: 120 cases of orbital trauma patients, in the conventional cross-sectional and coronal CT plus based on direct oblique sagittal CT scan to compare the information displayed by the body position. Results: Of the 120 cases of orbital fractures, the coronal planes of the upper and lower wall fractures showed 103 cases and the sagittal plane showed 105 cases. The cross sections failed to show. Upper and lower rectus august coronal showed 50 cases, sagittal showed 72 cases; optic nerve curvature in 27 cases were sagittal plane. Conclusion: Directly inclined sagittal CT can more completely observe the situation of the upper and lower eye socket and the position and shape of the upper and lower rectus muscle and the optic nerve, which can display the anteroposterior relationship of the fracture, which is instructive for the fracture reconstruction surgery
