“胰性霍乱”指因胰岛非β细胞瘤所致霍乱样腹泻,临床特点为大量水样腹泻,严重低血钾,及无胃酸或低胃酸状态,故又称WDHA综合征(Watery Diarrhea Hy-pokalemia and Achlorhydria Syndrome),本病由Vet-ncr及Morrison于1958年报道2例并提出不同于卓-艾氏综合征,系由于胰岛另一种类型的肿瘤细胞所引起。此后文献上陆续又有报道,迄今国外文献共报告了64例。国内陈家伟等报告一例经尸解证实的胰尾部恶性胰岛非β细胞肿瘤伴广泛转移。该例生前有严重腹泻及低血钾症。我们于1977年下半年,迂一类似病例,经各项检查怀疑本病而进行手术,兹报告于下: 病例报告曹×,男性,55岁,住院号8595。因发作性无痛性腹泻2月余,于1977年8月10日入院。腹泻开 “Pancreatic cholera” refers to cholera-like diarrhea caused by non-pancreatic islet cell tumors.
