目的利用科学知识图谱技术分析系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)研究热点及前沿动态,为后续研究寻找可能的切入视角。方法以1975~2016年Web of Science,Science Citation Index Expanded上SLE相关文献为数据分析样本,使用信息可视化软件CitespaceⅤ,绘制SLE主题知识图谱,分析近40年关于SLE相关研究的知识基础、国家及地区网络关系、研究热点和前沿动态演进轨迹。结果共检索文献39 847篇,美国、英国、西班牙、意大利、澳大利亚为研究优势国家,SLE与其他自身免疫性疾病相关性、自身抗体检测及意义、抗心磷脂抗体的表达、基因表达、分类标准、疾病活动度量表等为研究热点,SLE患者抑郁状态、SLE管理、细胞分化相关研究则为近年突出的研究前沿。结论利用知识图谱可显示SLE科学研究的主要热点内容,展现相关学科发展的前沿领域和演进路径,揭示复杂数据网中潜在的知识信息,对进一步的深入研究具有指引作用。
Objective To analyze the hot spots and frontier dynamics of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) by using scientific knowledge mapping technique and find possible cut-in perspectives for subsequent studies. Methods Using SLE-related literature from 1975 to 2016 as samples for data analysis, the information visualization software Citespace V was used to draw the SLE subject matter knowledge map, and to analyze the knowledge base of SLE related researches in recent 40 years. Countries and regions Network relations, research hot spots and frontier dynamic evolution trajectory. Results A total of 39 847 articles were retrieved. The United States, Great Britain, Spain, Italy and Australia are the study countries. The correlation between SLE and other autoimmune diseases, the detection and significance of autoantibodies, the expression of anticardiolipin antibodies, gene expression, taxonomic criteria , Disease activity scale and other research hot spots, SLE patients with depression, SLE management, cell differentiation related research is the prominent research front in recent years. Conclusion The use of knowledge map can reveal the main hot topics of SLE scientific research, reveal the frontier fields and evolution paths of relevant disciplines, reveal potential knowledge information in complex data networks, and guide the further research.
