目的研究腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术用于治疗子宫肌瘤的可行性。方法选取我院2009～2011年7月收治的163例患有子宫肌瘤的患者,实施腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术。结果成功剔除患者子宫肌瘤163例,创伤小,术中出血量较少,结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术用于治疗子宫肌瘤安全有效。
Objective To study the feasibility of laparoscopic myomectomy for the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 163 patients with uterine fibroids who were treated in our hospital from 2009 to July 2011 were selected for laparoscopic myomectomy. Results 163 cases of uterine fibroids were successfully removed, with less trauma and less blood loss. Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy is safe and effective for the treatment of uterine fibroids.
