辰河: 您好! 我在贵刊2000年第4期42页看到一则广东省人民政府新公布(1999年10月1日起执行)的企业职工最低工资标准的消息,其中看到广东省最低类别的标准为250元。本人是广东省德庆县自来水厂职工,本人现今的月工资为:160多元(其中包括保险、福利等),但另有奖金160元。我厂的基本工资是按工龄计算,工龄长的有400多元,少的只有100多元,而奖金则是固定的。我想问一下,我的工资是否低于省规定的最低标准?如果低于标准又怎么办?
