平时积累和临时快写的内在规律,是广大文秘人员非常重视的问题.这两个问题相互紧密联系而又有侧重、区别.本文试从秘书平时积累和临时快写这两者的辩证关系上探讨其综合效应及其创新手法.一、平时积累为临时快写提供量变性条件秘书在写作上的一个重要特点是:临时应急,快速成文.从革命战争年代行军途中的马背上、篝火旁,从如今领导者赴会前的小车上,决策前的空隙里,秘书常常必须在长则几天、短则几小时内完成撰文任务.这种临时快写,大多是依赖平时积累提供了量变性的条件.笔者考察了部分临时快写成效好的秘书,归纳出他们写前积累的“三招”:
