瓦斯灾害一直严重威胁矿井安全生产,瓦斯抽采技术是目前瓦斯综合治理应用较广、效果较好的一种技术。瓦斯抽采效果不仅取决于煤层瓦斯生成及赋存条件,而且决定于瓦斯抽采工程量及工程质量,而封孔效果则是煤层瓦斯抽采的关键。封孔技术是瓦斯抽采的重要技术环节,封孔技术不仅决定着抽采浓度,还影响抽采效果和瓦斯后期的利用。现阶段采用的封孔技术主要有聚氨酯封孔方法和囊袋式封孔技术,通过对比表明,表明囊袋式注浆封孔法具有良好的封孔效果,是提高本煤层抽采效果的有效方法。
Gas disasters have been a serious threat to mine safety production, gas drainage technology is currently a comprehensive gas treatment, a better effect of a technology. The effect of gas drainage depends not only on gas generation and occurrence conditions of coal seam, but also on the amount of gas drainage and the quality of the project. The sealing effect is the key to gas drainage in coal seam. Sealed hole sealing technology is an important technical part of gas drainage, sealing technology not only determines the concentration of extraction, but also affect the pumping effect and the use of gas later. Sealing technology used at this stage are mainly polyurethane sealing method and pocket sealing technology, through the comparison shows that the pocket sealing method has a good seal sealing effect is to improve the effective pumping effect of the seam method.
