经学有今文、古文之别,是为常识。但将今文、古文分为两大派,一般认为始于廖平的《今古学考》。近读与廖平同时代的经学大家刘师培的相关论著,发现一些经学分派之说早于廖平的线索。出于完善经学史的考虑,将此读书一得写出,以就教于方家。 The text of this study, the ancient distinction, is common sense.
