为探讨光动力学疗法对消化道癌术后局部复发癌的效果,对此类患者103例应用光动力学疗法。患者于照光前48~72小时静脉滴注HpD,每公斤体重5mg。激发光源采用氩离子泵浦染料激光器,波长630nm,输出功率密度200~400mW/cm2,能量密度200~250J/cm2,照射时间约10~15分钟。103名患者中,食管癌14例、贲门癌50例、胃癌33例、直肠癌6例。有效者74例,总有效率71.8%。肿瘤小于1cm者36例,34例有效,有效率94.4%。随访存活1年以上者36.9%,2年以上者18.4%,2例最长存活者已10年尚健在。
To investigate the effect of photodynamic therapy on local recurrence of cancer after surgery for gastrointestinal cancer, 103 patients were treated with photodynamic therapy. The patient was intravenously infused with HpD 48 to 72 hours before exposure to light, 5 mg per kilogram of body weight. The excitation light source adopts an argon ion pumped dye laser with a wavelength of 630 nm, an output power density of 200 to 400 mW/cm2, an energy density of 200 to 250 J/cm2, and an irradiation time of about 10 to 15 minutes. Of the 103 patients, 14 had esophageal cancer, 50 had cardiac cancer, 33 had gastric cancer, and 6 had rectal cancer. 74 effective cases, the total efficiency of 71.8%. Thirty-six patients with tumor less than 1cm were effective in 34 cases with an effective rate of 94.4%. Among the patients who survived for more than one year, 36.9% were followed-up, and 18.4% were younger than two years. The longest survivors of 2 cases were still healthy for 10 years.
