目前大量需轮换的电能计量装置与每年有限的投资预算间存在突出矛盾,需要一套科学、合理和有效的方法为每年的投资计划提供决策支撑依据。基于批次质量评价模型构建了电力营销技改项目优选库,通过模型构建、指标数据获取、权重设计和模型计算,得出众多供货批次的质量评价结果。质量评价结果结合每年投资预算情况,可为次年的投资计划和长期投资规划提供决策支撑。
At present, there is a conspicuous conflict between a large number of energy metering devices needing to rotate and a limited annual investment budget, and a scientific, reasonable and effective method is needed to provide decision support basis for the annual investment plan. Based on the batch quality evaluation model, the optimization library of power marketing technical innovation project is constructed. The quality evaluation results of many delivery batches are obtained through model construction, index data acquisition, weight design and model calculation. Quality evaluation results combined with the annual investment budget, for the following year investment plans and long-term investment planning to provide decision support.
