Yang X, female, 23 years old, hospital number 150737. Due to tingling on the left side for more than 3 months, blood stasis, left side headache, left cheek swelling, and left tinnitus were admitted to hospital on January 21, 1970 for more than 20 days. Nasopharyngeal biopsy before admission was chronic inflammation. Admission to the hospital to check the depths of the left mandibular angle area can be vaguely affected by large masses of medium-sized, medium-sized, rubbery masses, with slight movement, but the boundaries are not very clear. Left soft palate, tonsils, and the left wall of the nasopharynx were prominently raised and moved inwards. Two successive nasopharynx biopsies after admission were chronic inflammation of the nasopharyngeal. Skull base X-ray examination suggested that the bone structure near the left round hole and oval hole was slightly blurred. The diagnosis was “left pharyngeal space tumors” (mostly neurofibromas).
