含水量是土的物理性指标之一,它是计算土的干容重、孔隙比、饱和度等项指标的根据。是土工等建筑物施工质量控制的一项重要指标。但常规的以烘箱法为标准的含水量测定方法,不能适应施工现场质量控制和检验的需要。而目前国内采用的一些快速测定方法,又受土质、颗粒尺寸、气候等诸因素的影响,使推广、应用受到限制。为加强工程质量管理,提供含水量控制的有效手段。交通部公路科学研究所与北京科学仪器厂从1980年开始联合研制含水量快速测定仪。并于1984年8月在江西通过了技术鉴定。
Water content is one of the physical indicators of soil, which is calculated according to soil dry weight, porosity ratio, saturation and other indicators. Geotechnical construction quality control is an important indicator. However, the conventional oven method as the standard water content measurement methods can not meet the construction site quality control and inspection needs. At present, some of the rapid measurement methods adopted in China are affected by various factors such as soil quality, particle size and climate, so that promotion and application are limited. In order to strengthen project quality management, provide an effective means of water content control. Ministry of Communications Highway Science Institute and the Beijing Scientific Instrument Factory since 1980 to jointly develop a moisture content tester. And in 1984 August in Jiangxi passed the technical appraisal.
