某车库地下三层,局部地下一层,属于超长结构,结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构。笔者着重介绍了该结构超长不设缝的处理措施和抗浮问题的解决办法。对于超长问题,对各种结构构件在温度作用下的内力、应力进行了计算分析,并结合其受力特点,采取了针对性的措施。由于地下水抗浮设计水位较高,地下三层部分和地下一层局部下沉广场处存在抗浮问题。地下一层局部采用了增加底板上覆土厚度的办法解决抗浮问题。地下三层部分经比选采用抗拔桩抵抗水浮力。
